They will be at the door to welcome comers. Help people move through and find a table. The Registration tables will be opened the whole time of the Vendor's Fair. The registration tables will be on the far left of the room. Section 1 on the far left of the room will be the pre-registration information table. Only information will be available, but no pre-registration will be done. The pre-registration deadline has come and gone. The deadline was October 31st. If people are on the pre-registration list, then, they will go to the pre-registration line where you pick up your agenda in your preferred format, and you pick up your name badge. Once you have picked up your agenda and name badge, then, you move on to Section 2, the center of the table where cash will be collected. On the far side of the table, Section 3, will be the people who have not filled out information yet. We will make tickets with their name for door prizes. Some sighted people may stand around in front of the table to guide the lines so everybody knows which line to go to. Vendor and Mixer Fair: At the Vendor and Mixer Fair, vendor tables will be located all around the perimeter of the room, and the center of the room will have snacks and orDerves. There will be a little alcove just to the right as you come into the room. That is where the cash bar is. On Saturday morning, the same room as the Mixer but outside will be used for registration. The registration table set up will be done the same way. Square Cash: To collect registration, chapter dues, and Banquet money, the Square Cash app will be used. Square Cash can be downloded on multiple devices and a link can be configure into one account. By Apple Ready a person is able to send in the funds. This way, it goes straight into an account. On the other hand, people who don't have an account or don't have a smart phone will need to swipe their card and the app will have to have a card reader. Square Cash will automatically send out a card reader so people can swipe their card with no difficulty. On the card swiper, people in charge can input the person's information by typing it in. It will be a fun convention. Lots of preparation has gone into it. Hope to see you all next week. Cordially, Frida -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
