Please join the National Association of Blind Black Leaders for their General Meeting and Black History Presentation.  We will provide division and group updates and discuss plans for the 2025 National Federation of the Blind Convention.  In addition, we will have a special guest Mr. Dennis Billups.  Mr. Billups is a blind advocate and was part of the protest that led to the enforcement of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, that includes section 504. Also, Mr. Billups was a member of the Black Panthers and is featured in the Netflix documentary “Crip Campâ€Â. bsp; Thanks and I look forward to your participation.
