April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month and this allows for a time that reminds us just how important it is to take care of our mental and emotional well-being.

 

But let’s be real…

 

Leadership is not always easy.
The work can be heavy.
The challenges can be real.

 

So the question becomes:
How do leaders stay strong when the work gets hard?

 

The South Carolina Organization of Blind Black Leaders (SCOBBL), a division of the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina, invites you to join us for a powerful and honest conversation titled:
“Resilience: How Leaders Stay Strong When the Work Gets Hard”

✨ Michelle Scott, SCOBBL At-Large Board Member and President of the Charleston Chapter of NFB of SC.

 

Michelle will be joined by dynamic leaders who bring both lived experience and leadership insight:
✨ Debra Canty, President of the Sumter Chapter of the NFB of South Carolina
✨ Stacie Leap, President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the NFB of Pennsylvania

 

Together, they will guide us through a discussion that is not just about surviving leadership, but truly thriving through it.
