[nobe-l] Regarding help with blindness skills

Hi all,

 I was wondering if anyone here or others you may know had some
experiences teaching blindness skills to blind people in other
countries. In this country of Macedonia, we are not doing so well in
this regard and I find it hard to find the right kind of help
