Haven't used this, but I would think you'd need the latest duxbury to take 
advantage of the scripts.
So hope you have that, or can get it via a free upgrade.

Yes, I plan to contact them about this.  Maybe tech support can
tandem in and see what's going on.
I also plan to email Duxbury and see what they have to say.
