Hello,
I have at least one question that I know I can get answers here.

I'm going to be starting to substitute teach. This is domething I've never done. I also haven't been in the classroom for quite some time.

So I'm wondering as a blind person how do you make sure you see good behavior so affirmation can be given? Do you reward just correct answers, quiet children, children that are actively participate? Also what do you do with the smart boards? Are they accessible? How often are they really used? I'm just a bit nervous and I want to make sure I portray a positive attitude while also doing a good job.

Thank you very much,
Andrea
