Hi David,

I sent you an email off list requesting the tutorial.  Maybe you didn't 
receive it because I didn't get a quick response and it seems you are quick 
at responding.  You don't have to send it to me because I got it from this 
thread.  I listened to part of it and it sounds really good and clear.
