Hi Michelle!
You have probably heard of Dancing Dots at dancingdots.com. 
Bill McCann, The owner/founder, and those who work with him are very helpful. With his software you can scan and convert pieces into braille music. Naturally, there are some sources for braille music. There is simply no replacement for having it at your fingertips. 

If you have not checked it out recently, go to his site and speak to others about his products. Certainly there are others on this list much more knowledgeable than myself who would be able to help you with even more information.
