Hello,

I'm very interested in this thread because I had and in some ways still have reading problems. I read braille just fine but often scramble words and letters. I also find myself not able to process very fast especially when reading out loud although I can do it. Mostly, I get by by acquiring what I'm to read before the time and memorizing the last few words of each line so that when I see the first part, I can remember the second part. Mostly people don't believe me and it is most frustrating because I know that sighted people with my problems are helped through them and given lots of strategies. It truly never made me want to read.
