Greetings all!

This is just a reminder that there are just under six weeks left to complete and submit your application for the 2019 NFB scholarship program! If you are a legally blind student residing in the 50 states, the district of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and you will be attending school full-time in the fall of 2019, you are eligible to apply. The national Federation of the blind annually gives 30 scholarships, ranging in value from $3000-$12,000, plus other gifts and prizes. Our 30 finalists also receive financial assistance to attend the national convention of the NFB, to be held this year in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Please visit https://nfb.org/programs-services/scholarships-and-awards/scholarship-program to find the application, submission guidelines, and frequently asked questions. Please remember, your application is not complete until you have uploaded all of the required documents and hit the submit button. Once that is done, you will receive an email with a copy of your completed application and verification that all of your documentation has been received. If you do not receive this email, your application is not submitted, so please make sure to hit that submit button!

And there is more great news…
