Hi Heather,
Thank you for your message and alternative assignment suggestions. I definitely do not believe it is a matter of the University not wanting to work with me, as I even mentioned in my original post how willing the disability service office is with supporting me. They are in discussion with the professor already, and I imagine that I will be soon as well. As far as whether or not the course is focused on the finished product, I also noted in my original post that the finished product is not the point of these assignments, so I will not be graded on my artistic expression itself.
