[NOBE-L] Accessible Teaching Portfolio

The most accessible will be a static website like GitHub.Io, but that can
be a pain. People have success with CANVAS or Google Classroom - despite
their flaws.

You can also set up a free Wordpress and set it up to favor accessibility.
