I am really sorry that you had that experience with your student teaching placement. I am sending you well wishes that a better placement will come along very soon. A lot of colleges seem to have issues finding students placements these days. I know in the Facebook group for my college, a lot of students were complaining that the first day of school was fast approaching and they still didn’t have a placement. Either way, I sincerely hope that everything works out for you.

They have taken a very long time to find me a teacher, and when they did, I only spent three days in that classroom and then the teacher. Claimed that they developed a allergy to my guide dog. This was the first time they brought this up to me, but stated they have tried allergy medicine that made them drowsy. They also had decided previously to pet my dog. A quick call to HR and I now once again no longer have a classroom placement for student teaching.
