[NOBE-L] Taking TOFEL as a Blind Person

I concur with everything Dennis said in his message to you. In my education program, I took a couple of classes I believe are like what you are talking about. The classes were just as accessible as any of my other classes. In fact, they were among some of my favorite in my program.
