[NOBE-L] School success coaches

Hi everyone,
I am graduating from my Masters in rehabilitation counseling from California State University, Los Angeles next week. I will be starting to apply for jobs soon, most likely in the DOR.
However, 2 of my friends from my cohort interned as college success coaches. Both seemed to really enjoy their innternships and were treated well overall.
My question is, is anyone on here a success coach? I would be interested in your experiences, but, particularly, to know how you feel about the accessibility of any computer software required on the job.
