[NOBE-L] Recommendations on an Online TVI Program

Good morning,
I am currently finishing the program at Texas Tech university but it is not fully online. Three courses each require one weekend of in-person attendance either in Lubbock, Texas at the university or in Austin, Texas at the state school for the blind.
