[Nyabs] Starting a local student chapter...

Hi all, some of you have expressed interest in starting a local
chapter. In order to do this, there are a couple of basic things to
know.

You will need a board of at least five officers, President, Vice
president, secretary/treasurer , and two elected board members. Like
our state student division, the local chapter also pays dues, and is a
part of NFB.

We can answer more questions tonight during our phone conference, and
you can also contact me personally or one of our board members and
they can give you more information on how to go about doing this.
