[Nyabs] Starting a local division?

Hi all, for those of you who have expressed interest in starting a
local division, I would suggest that you start organizing, doing
outreach, and doing a little research on NFB's ongoing projects and
philosophy about blindness. Some of you are very familiar with the
organization, and some of you are not, so please, if anyone has
questions, just feel free to post.

For you  guys up in the Buffalo and Rockchester area, here is a
student contact for you. She has also expressed interest in starting a
local division. Her name is Yasmina.
