[Nyabs] Starting a local division?

Alex I have three other people than me I just need one more person this 
includes Justin, Yasmena, myself and the guy that won the scholarship if I 
could remember his name.  I've been setting up meetings with colleges to 
talk to students so that should build up membership and give us our last 
position.

Hi guys, I'm curious to know of your progress upstate in putting
together a local division. The board is always here to answer
questions and assist with any concerns you might have.

We can also set up a brief phone conference to specifically talk about this.

Anyone interested in doing so, from upstate or another part of NY, let
Kate (membership committee) or me know, and
we will set it up.
