[Nyabs] Board Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Alex, Katie, Rob, Will, Lucy and Zana

Alex discussed the plans for the upcoming state convention. We are having a seminar on Friday to discuss the topics Alex sent to the list previously. The seminar will happen over lunch. He is also seeking input on the topics and plans to keep the discussion informal.

There will be a social outing either Friday night or Saturday night after the hospitality or banquet. There will be another conference call to discuss the details of the outing. This gathering is open to all students and other interested participants.

Elections will be held during the meeting on Saturday. Both Rob and Lucy said they intend to run again.

Alex has a list of students who asked for sponsorship. He has submitted them to the state office and is waiting for details.

There will be a 50/50 raffle conducted at the state convention. Alex will work with Will and Nihal on purchasing and making the tickets accessible.
