[Nyabs] Board Meeting Minutes

In attendance: Alex, Kate, Lucy and Chancy

Elections:
The call for nominations will take place the week of December 1. The election will be conducted via email to give as many people as possible the chance to participate. Dues will be collected before the election.

Seminar:
NYABS will be looking to write a proposal to receive an Imagination Fund grant. This grant will be used to conduct the seminar, which will be held next spring. 

Other issues:
Alex discussed NYABS reaching out to blind and visually impaired high school students. The board discussed putting together a presentation at the Institute for the Blind. Alex would like for the division to make presentations throughout the state.
