[Nyabs] I need help!

Dear friends,

I only suspected previously, but recently came to realize that I am the
only person on a campus of 21,067 students asking the university to help in
the process of providing accessible textbooks. The person in charge of
"disability services" believes that textbooks cannot be scanned to create
e-text because of copyright restrictions, even when the etext is for a
student with a disability.

I am working on correcting this error, but I am furious and could really
REALLY use support right now, if only to keep my head on straight while I
politely or unpolitely explain what we all know so well.

Thanks n advance for letting me vent to the list.

Katy
