[Nyabs] regarding focus group at state convention

Hi guys,
I was asked to pass this information along. At state convention, a
pharmaceutical company will be doing a focus group with people who may be
experiencing blindness-related sleep problems. If you want to participate,
they will buy you lunch, as I understand it. The attached file is in fact a
Word file that is registration/RSVP for the group. If you want to
participate, fill out the form and return to nyabs.board at gmail.com. Again,
blindness-related sleep issues. Open to ages 18+ up to 75 or something like
that.
