[Nyabs] article on ableism in education

Dear NYABS,

Check out the attached article on abelism in education. The author is a
form director of Special Education Programs at the U.S. Department of
Education. The article includes a section on ableist attitudes toward
learning Braille, but I think the entire piece is interesting and
definitely reassuring.
Board - the article is being placed in the "Resources" folder of the
Dropbox.
