[Nyabs] USDOJ: Justice Department Seeks to Intervene in Lawsuit Against Law School Admission Council to Protect Rights of Individuals with Disabilities

Hey again,
This is another interesting bit of info. The justice department is investigating the fairness in which the process of testing accommodations is conducted. Hopefully the outcome will be a precedent for insuring that people with disabilities receive the testing accommodations that they're entitled to more frequently and with less effort.
