Hello my New York federation family,

I hope you are all enjoying the summer and are having fun. As we all know,
June has come and is moving fast along. That means our national convention
also is approaching quickly.

As we have done the two previous years, we will take our place as New York
affiliate in the exhibit hall during the  convention. To have a table is not
just going to help us to raise money, It will also connect  our affiliate
with others.

We'd like everyone to participate and take a shift at the New York State
table in the exhibit hall for at least two hours per shift to get selling
experience.

I was waiting for the convention agenda to come out to send this e-mail so
everyone could make their own schedule. The agenda link is:

The Shift schedule for the New York State Table is as follows:

July 4. Wednesday

   9:00 AM./ 11:00 AM.    Mike & Angie
   11:00 AM/1:00 PM.    Mike & Angie
   1:00 PM/3:00 PM.
   3:00 PM/5:00 PM.

July 5. Thursday

   8:30 AM/11:00 AM.
   11:00 AM/1:00 PM.
   1:00 PM/300 PM.
   3:00 PM/5:00 PM.

July 6. Friday

   12:00 PM/1:45PM.
   7:00 PM/9:00 PM.

July 7. Saturday

   12:00 PM/1:45 PM.

Note: New York will be at table A 42.
