Whether made from gingerbread or snow, the winter holidays ferry figures a many for us to draw. We will practice several basic drawing concepts using sensational blackboards, anchored on this season's most festive, and infamous, anthropomorphized characters. Stack basic shapes to create a snowman, and show a windy winter's day with its scarf in motion. Add gumdrop button detailing on gingerbread women. Shade vibrant differences in the reds and whites of Mr. and Mrs. Claus's outfits, and give The Grinch some grumpy facial features. As always, all drawing experience levels are welcome. The club centers nonvisual drawing techniques accessible to blind and low vision creatives, and we welcome sighted people to try going tactile as well.
