5PM Mayor Bloomberg will be signing three pieces of legislation into
law related to improving accessibility for people with disabilities.
The bill signing will take place at City Hall. Amongst these bills is
Intro 183-A, Council Member Brewer’s bill creating an Accessible
Pedestrian Signal program. The bills are as follows:</span></div>
