If you attended, you will recall that I promised to provide comprehensive notes covering the material covered at the workshop. You may have lost all hope of that promise being fulfilled, given that it has been over two months since we spent the afternoon together. But I am happy to report that I have finally completed the project. If you did not attend, that is a little bit sad, but I figured that you still might enjoy taking a look at the content we covered. The workshop was a joy to run and feedback indicates that participants took great value away. These notes do not recreate the experience, but they do include a wealth of practical and useful information. The document is a bit lengthy, but I sincerely believe that every bit of it is worth reading, and maybe even rereading, particularly in advance of the 2016 Washington Seminar, to be held in a short two weeks. I hope that you find the attached valuable.
