As some of you know I got my guide dog from GDF. And when I put stuff on the grad list about NAGDU or NFB. I get my head cut off, like I should keep my political opinions to myself and this stuff has nothing to do with guide dogs, hello we are NAGDU. But when Jeanine puts things on the list about PSA's other than ours to the Grad list, no one says anything.
Either a school should be for both or not say anything.
I put because I don't work for the school. I own my dog not the school, and if the school holds it again me for speaking my mind, then they are wrong.
I might also say that the President of the the Long Island ACB was doing the Trekker Training for GDF. I am not sure if he is still doing this.
There are other issues going on there as well. I know that no school is perfect, but there are issues we should mention if there are and not what side of the fence the decide to be on.
my gripe for the night.
