[Nyagdu] the auto mark or Sequoia machine instructions

I got trained out here in Suffolk to use those new voting machines and so 
did David Stayer, I was suppose to help with the election this year but I 
had to have some minor surgery on the day that they had the 3 hour seminar, 
but I will help the next election.  I had no problems with it, it is a long 
process but our votes will be counted, I got trained at the Suffolk County 
Board of Elections.
