[Nyagdu] Had hard time tonight at sleep disorder study center.

cheryl, did the boss state that she would discuss and educate her 
technicians?  In other words, what follow-up actions will be taken? Will you 
go bakc there and have another technician help you or is this not settled? 
Not sure where we are with this. could you please clarify?
