  Dues:  the Nyagdu dues is ten dollars.  if you are coming to convention, please be prepared to give Julie Phillipson your ten dollars to pay for Nyagdu dues.  if you are not coming to convention, please send your ten dollars dues to our Treasurer, Ray Wayne.  Julie, could you please provide mr. Wayne's address.  Thanks.

  guide dog Relief Area At convention:

  I received a very helpful call from Courtney, the assistant conference manager, at the Adams Mark hotel.  the guide dog relief area will be across a parking lot at a grassy area which will be between this parking lot and the road.  A trash receptacle will be placed close to the door going out to this parking lot.  The door to go out to the relief area will be close to our meeting rooms.  she says that when you enter the front door of the hotel, you will turn left and that door will be by the meeting rooms.  I believe she said this is a small parking lot.  I asked Courtney to inform the front desk staff, security and the bell staff about the location of the guide dog relief area.

  Leaving dogs Alone in rooms:

  Even though we are an affiliate division of Nagdu, we must follow nagdu policy.  Nagdu policy says we are not to leave our guide dogs in our rooms alone.  the nagdu president has told all divisions we need to follow this policy.  Thanks.

  See you all at convention.  We'll have a full meeting Saturday morning from 7 to 8:30 or 8:45 in the restaurant.  Just ask for the location of the new York Association of guide dog Users meeting when you enter the restaurant.
