[Nyagdu] I was asked a question about bringing a guide dog from Mexico to the NFB Convention in Dallas

One of the members of the Spanish Division got in touch with me, I know about the US Citizens and airlines, but I don't know any of the laws from a resident of Mexico coming into the US with a guide dog, would anyone know about this, that I can help them with.
