[Nyagdu] Board Meeting of the Travel and Tourism Division on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 8pm Eastern Time

The Board Meeting of the Travel and Tourism Division, a proud Division of the National Federation of the Blind, will have it's next meeting on January 23rd, 2012 at 8PM Eastern, 7PM Central, 6PM Mountain, 5PM Pacific Time.
This meeting is opened to all, we ask if you would like to participate in this call or any calls we have, there are a few guide lines.
1. Please remember these calls will be recording, so being part of the calls you acknowledge your permission to be recorded.
2. If you are not a paid member of the division which is $10.00 a year, you do not have any voting privileges, but you are allowed to ask questions, when we open the calls up to Q&A.  So we are asking that you mute yourselves and also wait to be recognized prior to speaking.
All recommendations will be noted.
Discussions during the meeting will be as followed:
Since we had a guest speaker the beginning of the month, we did not have our regular meeting.
We will have updates from each officer on what they have been working of for the division over the last few months, such as updating our website, changes to our constitution to be submitted for approval.
Time for our meeting on July 1st, 2012 at the National Convention in Dallas. 
Possible ideas for group tours either before or after the convention.
We need to hear ideas for the Dallas area. If you want to go somewhere in particular, we need to hear from you.  Let us know where you want to go, we are also using this as a fundraiser for the division as well.
So lets hear from all of you.
