[Oabs] Blind culture

Hi everyone
I wanted to bring a discussion from the aphiliate list over here. So I have several open ended questions for you all.
Do you think that blind people have a blind culture?
What sort of stuff makes up this culture if it exists.
If not, why do you feel we do not have one.

This is just a start. I have feelings on this and further questions but want to see where this goes.
