[Oabs] Newsletter

Just an update since this thread is gaining serious traction---which I
love, by the way:

Student Tribune, 3.
Scholastic Sentinel, 1.

Let's say that everyone has till our next meeting on Nov 21 to cast
their informal vote.  I'll make the announcement when we get to new
business then.
