[Oabs] OABS Seminar, 2014 Agenda

As promised, here is the agenda I have for the seminar.  If you think
I've left something out, please do let me know since I know we
discussed this a while ago.

Note about prep: If you are helping to marshall or set up, please be
prepared to leave general session a little early so we have time to be
prepared right at noon.  Emily and I were thinking 11:40 would be a
good time, but we'll confirm this with everyone who is helping out
when we are at the convention.

12:00 PM-12:15 PM.  Students trickle in, start getting food and
sitting down for lunch.  Officers marshall and welcome new members.
Macy will also help marshall in the hall to help people come in our
direction, and Elif will be by the food table to tell people where
everything is.
12:15-12:25.  Meeting called to order.  Short "State of the Division
Address," reading and approval of minutes from the 2013 seminar, and
introductions.
12:25-until finished. Short review of election procedures, and a
reminder to take what is best for the division into consideration.
Voting on dues first, then possibly if we want to change our board
structure to allow for it to be filled.  Officer elections.
Time remaining: Mix and Mingle.  Officers should help the new people
figure out how OABS works and be social.  Recording secretary should
take down contact information for any new members, so that we can help
them join the list and get on the calls.

This agenda is tentative, especially as Dr. Maurer will get squeezed
in whenever he gets there so he has time to address the group.  We
will also give him our present of M&Ms, which I have added to my
Wal-Mart list.
