[Oabs] 2 are registering for shop with scrip

Macy texted me a short while ago that she's about at the same place in
scrip enrollment as I am.  Once both of us get confirmation we'll be
able to purchase gift cards.  Can 3 more of us do it?  We're 40
percent of the way there!
