[Oabs] Meeting and gavel

Hi all,

We will be meeting this Thursday at 7:30. I'll send another email with our number soon. 
Also, I will be sending out the final draft of the gavel form tonight. Please tell me in some form if you have any additions or other suggestions by this Friday at midnight. I will be submitting the report on Saturday morning.
