[Oagdu] penalty for violating Ohio service animal law 955.43

Glad to help. Do we still want to address the penalty issue or is that now moot since there indeed is a penalty? You should also note that a fourth degree misdemeanor can be a criminal offense. Pretty tough penalty all things considered.
