Good morning all:

Two thoughts crossed my mind when I read the proposed AZ law. First, it represents a sad state of affairs for guide dog users as well as legitimate service dog users. However, my gut instinct tells me that all of the fakers surrounding, "service dogs" are largely responsible for this kind of legislation even being proposed. I'm probably in the minority here, but I've never liked the idea that all of these different categories of, "service dogs" piggyback on laws and legislative acts originally designed to cover our guide dogs. Please understand that I'm not against properly trained service animals and their equivalently trained human who can and are willing to produce valid documentation as required. There are plenty of, "service dog" users who couldn't meet the above mentioned requirement and frequently these are the same people who will cry discrimination...

>Aleeha That is so unbelievable in this day and age.
It is so backwards, I am appalled. I can't believe this. it is criminal.

We are lucky here. Let's hope this doesn't get passed.
