[Oagdu] Leader Dogs resolution.

The Federation, in the late 1960's struggled to have NAC discredited among
worthy agencies and blind consumers of their services. Even going as far as
to picket NAC headquarters. Which, at that time, were in New York, I
believe. Because of, not only its support of sub minimum wage sheltered
workshops; but, of its patronizing attitude concerning us blind consumers.
It is sad NAC is attempting once again to ingratiate itself with agencies
serving us consumers, and with us as well.

NAC. stood with lower wages and sub wages to the blind in so called slave
camps, or shall I say
shelter shops.I totally agree with the resolution Megan and MS. P>
