Thank you for the virtual hug. I’ll collect the real one at the board meeting. Incidentally, if you lose your ride to the meeting, I’ll probably be home in Springfield until that day. Nothing firm yet, though. That is, if you still wanted to stay here.

Debbie

Debbie,

My heart is aching for you! I am so sorry to hear this.

I will miss Bella, she was quite a wonderful guide and had such a great personality. It’s never an easy decision.

Sending you a virtual hug for now, but will give you a real one at the Board meeting in a few weeks!

Deanna

Dear friends,

Today I made the painful decision to euthanize Bella after just shy of three months of her battle with lymphoma. We weathered 7 chemo treatments to fight the cancer, knowing that it was treatable, not cureable.

The seventh treatment was a different drug regimen, but of similar cost to the previous two treatments.

She had six or seven blessed weeks of happier time and light guide work. I feel true gratitude to all my family and friends for your prayers, transportation, and especially monetary help and well wishes.
