Hi Heather,
A friend of mine recommended Earth Bath wipes for dogs. I haven’t personally tried them, but they seem pretty reasonably priced. You can get all types of wipes, some for ears, eyes, and grooming wipes for the dog’s body. I just purchased some online, so I will send in a review soon *smiles*

About two weeks ago I gave Coastie a bath for the first time. We have been on a coat of us and when we got home I noticed his entire back and was sticky! So, into the shower we went! They told us in class not to use human shampoo on our dogs but that’s all I had to use. I got some great recommendations for dog shampoo from theNAGDU Facebook page. Do any of you have recommendations?

I'd bathe Mason about every 2 months or so. We worked primarily in city environments, so brushing was usually enough for him. I was very careful around this time of year though due to dry skin, so sometimes bathing was put off because I didn't want to make that condition worse.
Best,

Hi guys,
There haven’t been many discussions on the list lately, so I’d like to start one…
How often do you bathe your dog? Do you take him/her to a groomer, or do it at home?
Mambo has been smelling kind of funky lately, like a wet dog smell that just keeps lingering a bit… You can’t smell him unless you get right next to his fur and take a big whiff *smiles* I notice it when I am putting on his harness.
To be honest, I brush my dogs often, clean their ears, and teeth, but they hardly ever get baths. Maybe I should start doing this more frequently though.
Thanks for your comments on this post!
