Hi all,
The deadline to reserve your seat on the bus to our NFB of Ohio State Convention is Thursday, September 20th. Please let me know if you are interested, and I will give your Sherry Ruth’s (NFBO Treasurer) address. Thanks!
Deanna
Hello Chapter Presidents,
We are fortunate to have an opportunity to rent a bus for transportation to the state convention in November! The bus would leave early in the morning on Friday November 2 in Cincinnati and make the following stops; Dayton, Columbus and Akron and end up at the Holiday Inn, Strongsville. The bus will arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 AM, making sure everyone is there in time for the NFBOH Board meeting at 11:00 AM. The bus will then leave Strongsville at 1:00 PM to take everyone home on Sunday, November 4 and follow the same route in reverse.
The cost of the bus is $3,000.00 and it can hold 56 passengers. This is an average cost of $53.57 per person. President Payne will put the refundable deposit on the bus, and has asked me to find out from you how many of your members will want to take advantage of this fabulous opportunity!
Remember the theme for this year’s convention, “One Team, One Goal”? One of those goals is to make it possible to get as many members to our state convention as possible. Transportation is always a barrier, and hopefully this can be the solution you have been looking for.
We need to make a decision by September 20, 2018. Let's go build the Federation!
Best Regards,
Sheri Albers
