If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life it is that people tend to do those things which cost them if they fail to do them.
This is a very important piece of this law. We definitely need this to stay.
Just as the good book refers to the information contained within Exodus 20 as the 10 Commandments, not the 10 suggestions, so this should be a firm and definite piece of this legislation.
