[OAGDU] Important questions for the Gavel report.

It’s time again for you all to answer the below Gavel Report
questions. The Gavel Report is the report that we submit to the NFB of
Ohio each Fall describing the many activities that our Division
members have been involved in over the past year. I’ve come up with a
list of questions for you, and I would like your answers as soon as
possible. Please make sure you mention activities that may have
already been mentioned on our past conference calls.

1.  Are you an NFB Newsline user? And if so, did you sign up this year?
2. Are you on the PAC Plan?
3.  What civic activities are you involved in? These should be
non-Federation activities, but can still be blindness related.
Examples, social or political causes, religious institutions, civic
organizations and student activities.
4.  What types of advocacy have you done over the past year?
5.  Are you a member of other NFB divisions; such as DAN, or Seniors divisions?
6.  Are you a member of your local NFB Chapter? If so, are you an officer?
7.  Did you attend any other NFB events this past year; such as
National Convention, Ohio BELL program, Columbus Seminar, Washington
Seminar, etc.?
8. Anything else that you have done that should be noted.
