[OAGDU] Ohio service animal legislation and ADA requirements

I am attaching a document I created that includes the Ohio revised code
regarding service animals. I have also included the penalty for failing to
allow access to a handler and the service animal. At the bottom is what the
ADA says. This information has been copied directly from the Ohio revised
code and Americans With Disabilities Act.
