God Is Never Boring
Some people have a routine they do every day. They eat the same thing for breakfast, take the same route to work, talk to the same people at lunch, and continue doing the same old things that they always do–for the simple reason because they just “always have” and it’s familiar and easy! There are even some who eat the same food day after day! They can go to an ice cream store with 33 flavors and only order vanilla–never once even tasting all the other flavors. For some people, it is fear that drives them to be creatures of habit. Having to actually try new things is uncomfortable to them. But if you never try new things–it is not only boring, but you’ll miss out on so many blessings that God has in store for you. Unfortunately, many people lead a boring Christian life. They go through the motions of living a godly life, without really being connected to God. Some repeat the same prayer over and over, sit on the same pew each week at church, and arrive late and leave early, just so they don’t have to actually talk to someone. But one thing is for sure–God is never boring! Yes, it’s true that He never changes, but His methods do. He is a very creative God and every day spent with Him is a brand new day! Don’t get stuck in a rut because your fear of change! Allow God to move you out of your comfort zone where you can begin truly trusting in Him! He will take you places you’ve never been–and you can be sure that life with Jesus–is never boring! <3 Text: Psalm 27:1, Psalm 34:7, Isaiah 35:3-4

Bible Texts:
Psalm 27:1 NKJV - A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 34:7 NKJV - The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them.

Isaiah 35:3-4 NKJV - Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are fearful-hearted, "Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you."
